Qway Technologies is hiring An AR (Accounts Receivable) Caller is responsible for following up on claims submitted to insurance companies to ensure timely and accurate payment. The role involves working with US healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM), specifically in hospital billing and dental billing domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze outstanding claims (A/R) in the system.
  
• Initiate calls to insurance companies (payers) to check claim status.
  
• Follow up with payers for delayed or denied claims.
  
• Document the outcome of calls and update systems accordingly.
  
• Handle inpatient, outpatient, ER, and surgery claim types.
  
• Familiarity with UB-04 forms and hospital coding (ICD-10, DRG).
  
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers, and MCOs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in US Healthcare AR calling with a focus on hospital billing & Dental Billing

• Strong knowledge of insurance guidelines (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial payers).
  
• Familiarity with UB-04 forms, DRG codes, and hospital RCM workflow.

• Work with CDT codes and dental claim forms (ADA form).
  
• Understand dental insurance terminologies like copay, deductible, UCR, PPO, HMO.
  
• Address common issues in orthodontics billing, frequency limitations, and procedure exclusions.
  
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
  
• Experience with billing software like Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or similar is a plus.
