In our pursuit of ensuring Client Success and Satisfaction, we are looking for a passionate Data Analyst. The successful candidate has meticulous attention to detail and will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into improvements on the system building business value. A data driven professional with an eye for detail (preferably with DA/BIA/BA background) to join a fast-paced environment with the RefX Data Analytics team in Bengaluru.
Responsibilities
Follow operational workflow instructions precisely and efficiently.
Updating performance and quality metric logs.
Communicate effectively through chat/ email with team members and the team lead.
Proactively updating the status of investigations using bug tracking tools.
Review data within spreadsheets (pivot tables, filters) and make rating judgements (win / loss) decisions.
Deliver high quality checks by peer reviewing colleagues' work and provide feedback.
Requirements
3 Must Have Skills:

• Weekend working + 3 days during Monday to Friday and also flexible to work in night shift



• 3+ years of experience in a Rater / Agent / Support function.

Review data within spreadsheets (pivot tables, filters) and make rating judgements (win / loss) decisions.

• Deliver high quality checks by peer reviewing colleagues' work and provide feedback

Shift: Flexible timings IST, CET

• Excellent communication and written skills (English).


• Work independently with minimal supervision with attention to detail.


• Proactively communicate issues and seek inputs for remediation.
