Job Description
Functional Skills:
1.12-14 years’ Experience in General Accounting & Reporting of India based Entity, with Knowledge in Statutory submissions, Audit, Compliance, Indirect Taxes like GST, Direct Taxes – TDS & Corporate tax.
2.IC X-charge and Branch Accounting.
3.Payroll – Monthly Journal booking, Reconciling the Deductions against payments.
4.Reconciliations – Bank + IC Recons + Accruals + Prepayments + Fixed Assets
5.Billing based on T&M or Fixed rate contracts.
6.Month end close – booking manual journal vouchers, Adjustment journals, Revenue & Cost Accruals, Cost Allocations. Ledger close.
7.Profit & Loss variance analysis
9.Team Management – Experience of 4-6 years in Team Mgmt, Goal Setting, Performance assessment.
Other Skills:
1.B. Com, M.Com. Inter CA / CMA will be added advantage
2.Knowledge of any ERP system like Net Suite, Quick books, SAP, Oracle. Working Experience in Net Suite will be preferred.
3.Fluent in English
4.Working knowledge of MS Office products – Excel, Word, Outlook
5.Based in Bangalore. Work from office
