QualiTest is looking for the role of WorkDay Testing for our Test Center in Bangalore, India.
Experience Range - 3 – 8 years.
:
- Experience testing Workday HCM or Finance modules/Business process /Reports, Integration under
- >HCM: Core HR, Recruitment, Compensation, Absence, Payroll modules, or Time & Labor.
- >Finance: Finance Modules - General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Account Receivable, Fixed Assets, Procure to Pay Cycle
- Resource will be responsible for creating unit and end-to-end test cases
- Very strong hands-on experience in terms of testing system functionality, stability, and integrations with other legacy and/or external systems
- Review and analyze business and system specifications
- Execute test cases and analyze results
- Create logs to document testing phases and defects
- Report bugs and errors to Test Lead
- Help troubleshoot issues
- Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans
- Identify / communicate / provide solutions to problems
- Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Be able to hold others & themselves accountable for following process/standards
- Understands the importance of data within a test environment
Requirements:
- 3+ years QA Functional Workday Testing experience
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong grasp of QA processes
- Proactive problem solver
