Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong LeadSquared Manager to join QHT Clinic, Haridwar. The role will be responsible for managing the complete lead lifecycle—from lead capture to conversion—while ensuring seamless functioning of LeadSquared, integrations, automations, and tracking systems across channels.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in LeadSquared administration, lead routing logic, workflow automation, API integrations, and campaign tracking. The role involves managing and optimizing LeadSquared admin panel, integrating third-party platforms, handling UTM tracking, Google Tag Manager (GTM), lead source attribution, and ensuring accurate lead flow across all acquisition channels.
Key responsibilities include setting up and managing automation journeys, WhatsApp integrations, lead nurturing workflows, scoring models, allocation rules, dashboards, and performance reports, while coordinating closely with marketing, tech, and operations teams to improve response time, lead quality, and conversions.
The candidate should be capable of identifying process gaps, troubleshooting system issues, improving CRM efficiency, and driving automation-led optimization in high-volume lead funnels.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize LeadSquared (LSQ) admin panel and workflows
  • Configure lead routing, allocation logic, scoring, and automation journeys
  • Handle API integrations with third-party lead sources and systems
  • Manage UTM tracking, GTM, campaign attribution, and lead source tracking
  • Set up and optimize WhatsApp Business/API automations and nurture flows
  • Monitor lead quality, funnel performance, and conversion metrics
  • Build dashboards, reports, and tracking mechanisms for business insights
  • Coordinate with marketing, tech, and operations teams for process improvement
  • Troubleshoot CRM/automation issues and implement scalable solutions
