- Role Overview:
As a Senior Experience Designer-I, you will leverage your several years of design experience to work on more complex design programs or products. Your skills are approaching an advanced level, allowing you to independently solve larger, open-ended problems with guidance. You will participate in identifying design problems and opportunities within a brief, generating multiple design solutions, exploring, refining, and documenting these solutions while adhering to design system guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work independently with some guidance to solve larger, more open-ended design problems.
- Generate multiple credible design solutions with guidance and participate in divergent and convergent group work.
- Exhibit mastery of shared tools and software for design.
- Explore, refine, and document design solutions while adhering to design system guidelines.
- Participate in user insight gathering activities and analysis of observations to develop insights.
- Create communications to share user insights and design solutions that leverage these insights.
- Actively participate in group dialogue and activities, giving and receiving constructive feedback.
- Communicate current project plan, goals, and expected outcomes and build relationships with partners in product, technical, and business.
Qualifications Required:

- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Four or more years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in end-to-end system design, including e-commerce, portal, etc.
- Knowledge of high fidelity prototyping and testing experiences.
- Experience with user-centric design overall.
