About the Role:
In this leadership role, the VP of sales is expected to lead the commercialisation efforts of AI products and solutions through enterprise connects and GTM plans worldwide. VP of sales will lead QpiAI AgentHive and QpiAI-pro platforms and solutions.
Required Qualification:- MBA from a premium institute with a B.Tech in Computer Science or ECE
- 15+ years of experience in Enterprise sales of Software, Software solutions and AI
- Should have at least one job role for 5+ years where you have generated $100 million in sales of software, software solutions and AI
- Should have led a large sales organisation of at least 10-15 people team
- Should have demonstrated generating sales in the US, India, Southeast Asia and the Middle East markets

Roles and Responsibilities :
- In this role, you work with the CEO, AI products teams, AI research team and AI delivery team to come up with GTM strategies
- Clearly communicate the AI market requirements to the AI products team
- Set up the AI sales teams Financial objective and integrate it in the companys business plan
- Meet Quarterly and yearly sales goals from AI products through the AI sales teams strategies
- Drive the AI sales teams performance to Achieve sales targets
