Head - Talent Acquisition

:
- 9-12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with genuine curiosity or prior exposure to the broader HR/People function.
- Comfortable owning full-cycle recruiting independently from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and closing without heavy hand-holding.

- Experience managing a team of 2+ people across TA/HR.
- Startup experience preferred, with the ability to operate in ambiguous environments and build processes from scratch rather than simply inheriting established systems.
- Prior experience working in a high-growth startup or technology company, where you have helped build and scale the talent acquisition function during a significant growth phase.
- Experience in organisations that have scaled from approximately 80 employees to 300+ employees would be highly valuable.
- Strong experience hiring across multiple functions, including Engineering, Product, Sales, Business, and other corporate functions.
- Direct and clear communicator who can effectively work with candidates, hiring managers, agencies, founders, and the HR team.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge hiring managers, drive accountability, and maintain hiring momentum.
- Experience hiring for US-based roles from India is a strong plus.
- A player-coach mindset someone who is comfortable remaining hands-on with recruitment while also mentoring and managing the team.
- Exposure to HR processes, policies, performance management, compensation, or people frameworks would be an added advantage.
