Job Description
- Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional manner.
- Managing the reception area, including keeping it clean and organized.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Coordinating appointments and meetings for HR staff.
- Assisting with recruitment activities such as posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
- Handling basic HR inquiries from employees and directing them to the appropriate person for assistance.

- Assisting with onboarding new employees, including paperwork and orientation.
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate.
- Supporting HR staff with various projects and initiatives as needed.
