About the Role:
The Sales Manager/Assistant Sales Manager will independently manage key accounts and drive new business in the high-end residential segment. This is a client-facing role requiring deep understanding of design aesthetics, technical detailing, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop business opportunities with architects, interior designers, and HNI homeowners.
- Provide product presentations and coordinate technical discussions.
- Maintain strong architect relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

- 4-8 years of experience in luxury or high-value product sales.
- Proven ability to engage with HNI clients and decision-makers.
