HR Recruiter (Internal Hiring & Night Shift)

Job Title: HR Recruiter (Non-Technical / Internal Hiring)

Location: India (Remote)

Work Type: Full-time | Remote (Must have own laptop & reliable internet)

Shift: 4 PM to 1 AM IST & 7 PM to 4 AM IST

Role Overview

We are looking for an Internal HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for non-technical roles across multiple functions including Recruitment Operations, Sales, Accounting, HR, and Business Support teams. This is a hands-on role focused on speed, quality, and ownership.

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for non-technical internal roles
• Source candidates via job portals, referrals, LinkedIn, and direct outreach
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess culture fit
• Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers
• Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and candidate follow-ups
• Support onboarding and documentation coordination
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring metrics
• Work closely with leadership to understand hiring priorities

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience hiring non-technical roles (HR, Sales, Accounting, Marketing, Operations, Support, etc.)
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
