Role Summary

Seeking an HR Recruiter with strong experience in internal hiring and end-to-end recruitment operations. The role requires expertise in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding, off-boarding, and supporting day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing
• Experience hiring for internal/corporate roles
• Strong screening, interviewing, and candidate coordination skills
• Experience with onboarding, off-boarding, and HR documentation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Get Hired
• Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
• Manage onboarding and off-boarding activities
• Support basic HR operations and employee documentation
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
• Work closely with leadership and hiring managers on staffing needs
