Software Architect

Our flagship product, Qualitia Boson, is the worlds first AI-native, self-healing test automation platform. It is purpose built to accelerate and secure Salesforce deployments, now available on Salesforce AppExchange for global enterprise customers.

What Youll Be Doing:

Were looking for an AI Architect to define and build our AI capabilities from the ground up.

This is a high-impact role that blends architecture, hands-on engineering, and technical leadership.

What You Will Own:

AI Architecture & Strategy

Design end-to-end LLM systems (RAG, agents, copilots)

Define reference architectures and drive build vs buy decisions

Build a scalable, cost-efficient AI roadmap

Build POCs and contribute production-grade Python when needed

Review AI/ML designs and guide architecture

Act as the authority on GenAI decisions

AI Platform & Foundations

Define the AI/LLMOps stack (models, vector DBs, evaluation, monitoring)

Set standards for prompts, observability, performance, and cost

Ensure reliability, scalability, and maintainability

Governance & Compliance

Establish AI governance, security, and data privacy standards

Ensure responsible and compliant AI usage

Partner with product, engineering, and R&D teams

Mentor engineers and define best practices

Enable teams to confidently build and ship AI features

What You Bring:

8–10 years of software engineering experience, with recent focus on AI/ML

Proven experience building and deploying LLM/GenAI solutions in production

Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and LLM APIs

Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP

Strong system design and architectural thinking

Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
