Job Description

Advisor will handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via live chat, providing prompt, accurate, and professional assistance to resolve issues.

Responsibilities include managing multiple chats simultaneously, documenting interactions in CRM systems, and adhering to quality standards while ensuring high customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Responding to customer queries in real-time with accurate information regarding products or services.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshooting problems, providing solutions, and ensuring first-time resolution (FTR).
  • Multitasking: Handling 24 chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and speed.
  • Documentation: Accurately logging all chat interactions in the CRM software.
  • Escalation: Identifying complex issues and escalating them to higher-level support.
  • Adherence: Following company procedures, policies, and quality guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Communication: Excellent written English skills with proper grammar, spelling, and tone.
  • Typing Speed: High typing speed (typically 3550+ words per minute) with accuracy.

    Technical Proficiency: Ability to navigate multiple chat software tools and MS Office.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a BPO or customer service role is preferred.

Working Conditions:

  • Shift Timing: Ability to work rotational shifts, (Day shift only)
  • Environment: Fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • Process: Often non-voice or blended (voice + chat) processes
