This will be a production team lead scope meaning the TL will need to maintain his
daily productivity goals side by side maintaining the teams productivity

• Use the client portal to document the information of patients in terms of their medical
  

insurance, records, bills.

• Categorize and make inputs of information according to the guidelines from client.
• Calculating bills, pricing and documenting them within the given timeline.
• Document/reserve information in a spreadsheet as well.
• Send information to patients/requesters in PDF format as required.
• Maintain clear information, both verbally and in writing to patients that ensures
  

thorough understanding.

• Meet daily targets as assigned and ensure error-free work and full attendance.

Qualifications
Graduate from any University
Additional Information
Salary Budget: As per industry Standards. 5-8 Lakh pa.
Experience level: minimum 2-3 years.
Shift Timing: 6.30pm to 3.30am, Monday to Friday
Location: Thane Onsite
