Financial Analyst - Real Estate

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual on behalf of our client to join them as a Financial Analyst / Real Estate Analyst.
Youll play a crucial role in providing financial analysis and insights to support their real estate investment decisions. Your primary focus will be on leveraging your advanced Excel skills and financial expertise to assess the financial viability of potential real estate ventures, analyze market trends, and forecast investment performance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize advanced Excel skills to develop complex financial models for evaluating real estate investment opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including cash flow projections, ROI calculations, and sensitivity analyses.
• Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and economic indicators to inform real estate investment strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of proposed real estate projects and provide recommendations to senior management.
  
• Assist in the preparation of investment memos, presentations, and reports for stakeholders.
• Support the Finance Manager/Chief Accountant in ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.
• Strong financial acumen with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and financial modeling techniques.
