Role: Senior Workday Administrator - Finance

Experience Level: 3-6 Years

Location: Mumbai / Bangalore

• Evaluate new feature releases and enhancements. Create technical design specs, perform unit & system Integration test, deploy and support of all Workday integrations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess document requirements, review design, and define functional specifications
• Review and be alert of any system outages or service degradations.
• Support the ongoing maintenance of Workday, applying best practices
• Perform administrative functions, including business process configuration, tenant configuration, user maintenance, audits, Security enhancements, reporting.
• Deliver high quality end user support and troubleshoot to resolve system issues. Maintain system security and integrity
• Complete functional testing and review any known issues to ensure business continuity
• Support change management functions, including documenting system changes, producing training material and delivering training
• Mentor and coach juniors.
• Contribute to the Workday Community and user groups
• Build standard and custom reports, worklets and dashboards

Skills required:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Finance) or equivalent
• 1-4 years of experience with Workday, preferably with Workday Financial Management
• Previous experience with ticketing systems, case management and troubleshooting
• Previous experience configuring Business Processes, tenant configuration, release management, security maintenance and other administrative duties.
• Previous experience in Accounting, Revenue Recognition, Project Billing, Project Tracking, Settlements, or Expenses
• Ability to prioritize workload, work independently or part of a team
• Strong Analytical skills and a strong proficiency with spreadsheets and various reporting aspects.
• Excellent communications skills- oral and written- with the ability to engage with business leaders, end users and fellow team members.
• Desire and readiness to learn new tools, methods and concepts.
• Keen attention to detail.
