What you will be part of
1. Build relationships with universities, professors, and student organizations to establish the companys brand and promote our job opportunities
2. Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies to attract top talent from target universities and programs
3. Manage the end-to-end campus recruitment process, including scheduling and conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers and teams, and extending job offers
4. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for future hiring needs by identifying and engaging with high-potential candidates
5. Collaborate with hiring managers and teams to understand hiring needs, align on job requirements and candidate profiles, and provide feedback on the talent market
6. Develop and maintain a strong network of alumni and referrals to increase the quality and quantity of incoming talent

What is expected
1. At least 3-7years of experience in campus recruitment with Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Strong relationship-building skills and ability to network and engage with university stakeholders
4. Knowledge of universities and the talent market, including emerging trends and best practices in campus recruitment
5. Visit campus (across the country) to execute the hiring and strategic relationship initiatives.

6. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and meet deadlines.
7. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
8. Passion for identifying and engaging with emerging talent and promoting the companys value
proposition to prospective candidates.
