Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute the entire recruitment lifecycle for US and Canada Geographies.
- Design and post job vacancies on top-performing recruitment channels to attract full-time job seekers.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate hunting.
- Utilize social and professional networking sites to identify potential candidates in the East and West Coast of America.
- Communicate effectively and coordinate with various stakeholders and recruitment partners for well-organized Talent Acquisition within defined SLAs.
- Ensure timely execution of open requisitions within US time zones.
- Handle MIS reporting and data management.
- Prioritize and balance recruitment needs based on business criticality.
