As our AI-Augmented UI/UX Designer, you&aposll become the creative visionary who:

1. Design with AI Superpowers (40%)

• Use AI design tools like Figma AI, Adobe XD, Sketch, Midjourney, DALL-E, UXPin, Uizard, Lovable, Jasper & Galileo AI to rapidly ideate and iterate
• Prototype lightning-fast using AI to generate variations, test concepts, and explore design directions.
• Create intelligent design systems that adapt to user behavior and business needs.
• Experiment with emerging AI tools and integrate them into your creative workflow.
• Push creative boundaries by combining human intuition with machine-generated possibilities.

2. Craft Human-Centered Experiences (35%)

• Design intuitive interfaces for complex enterprise applications & consumer products

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing mobile and web applications

• Color theory mastery - exceptional understanding of color psychology, accessibility, and visual hierarchy
