Job Description
- As a DevOps Engineer Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs on DevOps tools, practices, and methodologies for junior engineers or fresh graduates. Your primary goal will be to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations by providing hands-on, practical, and engaging learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs on DevOps concepts, tools, and practices.
- Conduct workshops, bootcamps, and one-on-one mentoring sessions for engineers with 05 years of experience.
- Create training materials, lab exercises, presentations, and assessments.
- Cover key DevOps tools and topics including:
- CI/CD (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
- Version Control (Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket)
- Containers and Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Monitoring and Logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
- Scripting and Automation (Bash, Python)
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continually improve training content.
- Evaluate learner progress through assessments, projects, and feedback.
- Collaborate with engineering and HR teams to align training with organizational needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 05 years of experience in a DevOps engineering or related technical role.

- Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python).
- Experience with one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor.
- DevOps or Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA, Terraform Associate).
- Experience creating digital content (videos, tutorials, labs).
- Familiarity with agile and DevOps lifecycle tools.,
