RMG Executive / Senior RMG Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RMG Executive / Senior RMG Executive with 2

8 years of experience in Resource Management, particularly in areas of Vendor Management,

Stakeholder Communication, C2C Staffing, and Bench Management. The ideal candidate will be

responsible for effectively managing internal resources and external vendors to ensure optimal

staffing and delivery.

Responsibilities

Vendor Management:

Build and manage relationships with external vendors for contract staffing.

Negotiate commercial terms and SLAs with vendors.

Ensure timely delivery of quality profiles as per hiring demand.

Stakeholder Management:

Act as the single point of contact between internal stakeholders (HR, Delivery, Recruitment) and external partners.

Work closely with project managers to understand future resource needs and plan accordingly.

C2C (Corp-to-Corp) Staffing:

Source and onboard consultants through third-party vendors on a C2C basis.

Ensure compliance with organizational and client guidelines during C2C hiring.

Resource Allocation & Bench Management:

Monitor and manage bench resources across verticals and skill sets.

Coordinate with delivery teams to deploy available bench resources.

Maintain and update bench strength reports regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).

28 years of relevant experience in RMG or Resource Management.

Strong understanding of C2C staffing models, vendor ecosystems, and bench deployment.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficient in using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and any RMG tools (like SAP, Zoho, etc.).

Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in IT services or consulting firms

Exposure to global vendor management practices
