Job Description

As a skilled SAP Fieldglass Configuration Consultant with over 5 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Fieldglass solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless configuration and optimization of the SAP Fieldglass platform for managing contingent workforce and services procurement.

Your key responsibilities will include leading the deployment, configuration, and customization of SAP Fieldglass modules to meet business requirements. You will also oversee the integration of SAP Fieldglass with other enterprise systems such as SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP ECC to ensure smooth data flow across platforms. Working closely with business stakeholders, you will identify areas for improvement and provide solutions to enhance system performance and process flow.
Additionally, you will provide expert-level support to resolve technical issues, manage defect resolution, and conduct training sessions for end-users. Your role will involve creating detailed configuration documentation and user guides, managing patch upgrades, and collaborating with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure successful design and implementation of SAP Fieldglass solutions.

To qualify for this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Fieldglass configuration and implementation, with at least 3 end-to-end project implementations. Expertise in SAP Fieldglass configuration, integration with other SAP products, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. Excellent communication skills, the ability to understand business requirements, and translate them into technical solutions are also required.
Experience with cloud-based solutions, managing SAP Fieldglass projects, and an understanding of contingent workforce management processes will be advantageous. SAP Fieldglass Certification is a plus.
