Job Description

  • Leadership & Strategy: Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with overall company goals.
  • Sales Target Management: Set sales targets for the team and monitor performance to ensure targets are met. Drive initiatives to exceed sales goals.
  • Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities, maintaining a focus on market expansion and client acquisition.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer loyalty and repeat business.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to identify new trends, competitive activities, and potential sales opportunities.
  • Sales Training & Development: Provide coaching and training to the sales team to improve their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to achieve their targets.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities to senior management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment in sales efforts and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in sales management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in Dubai or the UAE market is a Must.
  • Should have a Valid Visa.

    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Language: Fluency in English
  • Other: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Must be results-oriented and able to handle high-pressure situations.
