Relationship Officer Home Loan Bathinda

Role & responsibilities

• Source new home loan customers through direct sales, builders, channel partners, and references.
  
• Conduct field visits and customer meetings to explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
  
• Collect and verify customer documents as per KYC and loan process guidelines.
  
• Coordinate with the credit, operations, and legal teams for loan processing and disbursal.
  
  
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through transparent communication and quick turnaround times.
  
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for home loan disbursals.
  
• Cross-sell other Axis Bank products like insurance, credit cards, and personal loans.
  
• Maintain proper records and follow up with customers for pending documents or EMIs.
  
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and regulatory norms

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree (preferably in Finance, Commerce, or Business).
  
• 1–4 years of experience in home loan sales, preferably in banking or NBFCs.
  
• Good understanding of home loan processes, documentation, and credit norms.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Target-driven and customer-focused attitude.
  
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
