Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Source new home loan customers through direct sales, builders, channel partners, and references.
- Conduct field visits and customer meetings to explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
- Collect and verify customer documents as per KYC and loan process guidelines.
- Coordinate with the credit, operations, and legal teams for loan processing and disbursal.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through transparent communication and quick turnaround times.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for home loan disbursals.
- Cross-sell other Axis Bank products like insurance, credit cards, and personal loans.
- Maintain proper records and follow up with customers for pending documents or EMIs.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and regulatory norms
Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree (preferably in Finance, Commerce, or Business).
- 1–4 years of experience in home loan sales, preferably in banking or NBFCs.
- Good understanding of home loan processes, documentation, and credit norms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven and customer-focused attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
