Job Description
- Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and Customer representatives to ensure proper operations (Upstream Oil and Gas)
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols for Wells Drilling deliverables
- Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the teams internal capacity
- Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget
- Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed with respect to Drilling Operations
- Oversee invoicing and time writing activities for team size of 100-200 members.
- 5 years of proven success in an operations management for Drilling Management role

- Engineering Education: B.Tech/ M.Tech (Petroleum Engineering) is preferred.
- Strong skills in resource management and remote operations oversight
- Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer work delivery.
- Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes
- Knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications
