Technical Manager - REMOTE MONITORING SPECIALIST

Key Responsibilities

• Mechanical engineer with experience in working and maintenance of Upstream & Downstream rotary machines(Reciprocating/Centrifugal Compressors, Gas turbine, Steam turbine, Blowers, Motor, Pumps, Generators etc).
• Engineer shall be competent to review P&ID, instrument list, PFDs and data sheets.
• Engineer shall be able to develop anomaly Report, understand Machine fault, provide possible causes & recommendation.
• ISO Category II/III Vibration analyst.
• Strong expertise in advanced vibration analysis, rotor dynamics, oil analysis and thermal imaging.
  
• Good knowledge in interpreting multi parameter data (vibration, process, seal etc)
• Develop predictive maintenance strategies
• Analyze trends to improve MTBF and reduce unplanned downtime.
• Perform RCA for major breakdown.
• Expert in data analytics tool.
  

Work Experience

• Knowledge on working and maintenance procedures of upstream and downstream rotary machines(10+).
