Manager - Marketing - Real Estate

About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in luxury real estate and exposure to HNI/UHNI clientele. The role involves driving project marketing initiatives, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting business growth through strategic campaigns and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute ATL and BTL marketing initiatives for premium real estate projects
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for campaign execution and branding activities
- Drive customer experience initiatives during project launches and ongoing site operations

- Monitor lead generation, site visits, and conversion performance metrics
- Support advertising and promotional activities across multiple channels
- Build and strengthen relationships with broker networks and strategic partners
- Identify collaboration opportunities with local events, lifestyle platforms, and community initiatives
- Prepare market intelligence reports, campaign analysis, and ROI tracking reports
Qualifications:
- Graduate with an MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
- 12-15 years of overall experience, including significant exposure to project launches and site marketing within the real estate sector
