About the job
We are seeking a growth hacker and data-driven head of marketing to lead Quickads.ais marketing function. The ideal candidate will own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, drive customer acquisition through SEO/SEM, and build the brand as the leading AI-powered ad automation solution. You will collaborate closely with product, sales, and growth teams to define positioning, messaging, and channel strategy for sustained growth.
The core responsibilities for the job include the following:
Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive GTM plans for product launches and feature updates.
- Define target customer segments, positioning, and messaging.
- Align marketing strategy with sales and product roadmaps to drive lead generation and revenue.
- Manage product-market fit testing, pricing, and feedback loops.
SEO and Content Marketing:
- Lead organic growth initiatives by developing a robust SEO strategy.
- Oversee keyword research, on-page and off-page optimisation, and technical SEO improvements.
- Manage content planning (blogs, white papers, case studies, landing pages) to improve domain authority and inbound traffic.
- Track and improve key SEO metrics such as organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
SEM / Performance Marketing:
- Design and execute paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Optimise ad spend for maximum ROI through data-driven experimentation and A/B testing.
- Manage agency or in-house teams for campaign execution and reporting.
- Track CAC, LTV, and other growth metrics to ensure sustainable acquisition.

- Build Quickads.ai s brand presence through digital, PR, event, and community channels.
- Drive partnerships and co-marketing opportunities with relevant ecosystems.
- Develop marketing dashboards and present insights to leadership regularly.
- Hire, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team.
Requirements:
- 8- 15 years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record in GTM execution, SEO strategy, and SEM campaign management.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or AI/AdTech platforms is preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
