TITLE: Full-Stack AI Systems Engineer - Intern

THE ROLE:

WHAT YOULL ACTUALLY DO

• Weeks 1-2: Learn the agentic AI architecture. Read 5000+ pages of documentation (this is your superpowerclarity > complexity).
• Weeks 3-4: Build your first agent. Real agent, real customers, real impact.
• Month 1: 50+ commits. 3-4 shipped agents. Your code is used by paying customers.
• Months 2-3: 100+ commits. Youre now mentoring someone junior. Youre thinking about architecture, not just code.
• Months 3-6: 150+ commits. Core systems builder. Talking about how should our infrastructure scale
• By Month 6: If youre exceptional, we discuss a full-time offer.

Youre not fetching coffee. Youre not doing maintenance tasks. Youre building a product that 10+ companies will use in the next 12 months.

WHAT YOULL LEARN:

? Full-stack development (Next.js frontend, Node.js backend, AI integration)

? Agentic AI systems (how autonomous agents actually work)

? System design (distributed systems, databases, orchestration, governance)

? How AI tools multiply your productivity (Claude, Copilotnot replacements, multipliers)

? How real startups operate (youll see product-market fit iteration, customer acquisition, scaling pressures)

? Leadership by example (direct founder access, learning how founders think)

WHO WERE LOOKING FOR:

Youre a CS/AI graduate or final-year student who:

• Has a GitHub profile showing regular commits (portfolio > resume)
• Can explain your own projects (shows real learning, not copy-paste)
• Comfortable with ambiguity (how should I approach this not tell me what to do)
• Excited about AInot intimidated by Copilot/Claude, actively interested
• Sees this as a launchpad to leadership (not just a resume line)
• Can ship code fast (MVP > perfect)

NOT looking for:

• I did a bootcamp course mentality (we need builders, not course-takers)
• People intimidated by AI tools (we use them 8 hours/day)
