Job Description
- As a Senior Consultant in the Digital & Consumer Insights team, you will be responsible for owning insight delivery for client accounts. Acting as the main point of contact for reporting, stakeholder communication, and strategic inputs, you will play a crucial role in translating business objectives into actionable narratives. Your responsibilities will include leading end-to-end delivery of social and digital reporting, driving interpretation of consumer conversations and platform trends, as well as mentoring junior analysts and contributing to the development of frameworks that go beyond metrics.
With at least 4-6 years of experience in social media analytics, consumer insights, or digital research, you will demonstrate a proven ability to manage client relationships, deliver presentations, and independently handle reporting. Strong storytelling skills connecting platform KPIs to brand implications are essential, along with prior experience using social listening tools such as Sprinklr, Talkwalker, Meltwater, or Brandwatch. Additionally, you should be comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, insight decks, and data visualizations.

Collaboration with team leads to enhance reporting workflows, mentorship of consultants and interns, and support for new business initiatives are integral parts of this role. Exposure to omni-channel strategies, audience segmentation, influencer tracking, or campaign evaluation would be advantageous.
