Qure is looking for a Consultant, Strategic Partnerships, and Health Systems Innovation to join the Global Health Innovation team. As part of the GHI team, you will play a critical role in driving business development, managing strategic partnerships, leading external stakeholder engagements, and supporting internal project management. You will be responsible for developing innovative business models, creating pitch decks, submitting grant applications, and leading discussions with global health stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Business Development & Strategic Partnerships:

- Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners in the global health sector.

- Develop and maintain a network of key stakeholders to foster collaboration and business growth.

- Lead negotiations for partnerships, collaborations, and business development opportunities.

- Identify and map opportunities based on funding, potential for impact, and strategic alignment.

• Pitch Deck & Proposal Development:

- Create high-quality, persuasive pitch decks, proposals, and concept notes.

- Manage proposal development, coordinate with internal teams, and track deadlines.

- Stay updated on ecosystem trends and AI-driven healthcare solutions.

• Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management:
• Lead external stakeholder calls and engagements.
• - Act as the primary point of contact for key partners.
• - Monitor and assess partner satisfaction and performance.
• - Support government stakeholder engagement efforts.
• Project Management:

- Drive cross-functional collaboration across BD, R&D, and Product teams.

- Ensure internal alignment and smooth execution of projects.

- Support teams in translating partnerships into operational workflows.

Skills & Expertise

- BE / BSc. / MBA / Post Graduation Public Health, Business, or related field.

- Experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and stakeholder engagement.

- Strong understanding of business models, commercialization strategies, and funding opportunities.

- Proven ability to create compelling pitch decks and proposals.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
