Client Engagement & Relationship BuildingBuild and maintain relationships with potential buyers and property owners to generate leads and referrals.Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process, addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.2. Property Showcasing & AdvisoryConduct property tours and viewings for prospective buyers, clearly highlighting property features and benefits.Stay informed about Dubai real estate market trends, property values, and competitor offerings to provide well-informed recommendations.3. Sales Negotiation & Transaction ManagementNegotiate sales contracts, terms, and conditions while ensuring transparency and client satisfaction.Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and closing processes to ensure smooth transactions.4. Sales Performance & Target AchievementAchieve and exceed sales targets set by the Director of Secondary Sales through proactive sales strategies and client engagement.Use CRM systems and sales tools to manage client interactions, track leads, and monitor performance.5. Collaboration & ComplianceCollaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and Legal, to ensure regulatory compliance and effective property promotion.Maintain and regularly update listings of available properties.6. Additional ResponsibilitiesPerform any additional lawful duties assigned by management.Knowledge & ExperienceEssential RequirementsSales experience in a similar fieldMinimum 1 year of real estate experience within the Dubai marketPreferred RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldBehavioral Competencies & Skills1.
