Job Title: Sr. Technical Recruiter Consultant

Location: Noida (Remote)

Experience: 2-5 Years

Shift hours: 5:30 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST.

Job Requirement:

• Create and implement a recruitment strategy.
  
• Source, attract, and screening candidates based on a well-detailed strategy.
• Collaborate with staff members or clients to understand what is required for specific technical roles.
• Conduct interviews using a variety of different methods.
• Pipelining candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management.
• Full Life cycle recruiting of technical professionals for contract, full-time and direct Hire roles.
• Previously collaborated with Federal clients.
• Should have experience working on ATS and VMS
• Utilizing Job Board and creative sourcing techniques to identify top talent and find qualified candidates in IT.

Skillset

• Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment
• Working as a 360 Consultant, you will need to build relationships with both clients and candidates alike.
• Should have experience working on IT roles.
• Strong experience working with LinkedIn recruiter.
• Additionally, Candidate should have outgoing personality and excellent Interpersonal and extrovert personality.
• Should have strong candidate relationship skills demonstrated through effective communication.
• Should have strong negotiation skills.
