Job Description
- You are RK Casting and Engineering Works, a company located in Putki Moonidih, seeking a Female Sales Executive to handle both Domestic & International Markets. You require a candidate with 1-3 years of experience in B2B Sales or Lead Generation within the Manufacturing / Engineering Components industry.
As a Female Sales Executive, your role involves generating leads from various platforms like IndiaMART, JustDial, and Google searches. You will be responsible for contacting potential buyers, presenting the company's products persuasively, negotiating orders efficiently, and coordinating with the production team. Furthermore, you will manage order processing, client communication, handle delays professionally, and cultivate strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
The ideal candidate for this position must be a female with exceptional English communication skills, both spoken and written. You should possess a convincing attitude, the ability to work well under pressure, multitask effectively, and be proficient in email writing, CRM handling, and MS Office tools. Previous experience in B2B sales or lead generation is advantageous, along with being proactive, professional, and target-driven.
This full-time permanent role offers a work environment of either 8 or 12-hour shifts with a salary ranging from 15000 to 20000, in addition to incentives based on industry standards. Benefits include health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund, along with a performance bonus. The work schedule consists of day shifts with a fixed shift pattern, and proficiency in English language is required.
