R K SWAMY Ltd. is looking to hire a Management Trainee in Human Resources. The ideal candidate needs to come with the passion and approach to learn and understand HR and aim towards building a people centric workplace.

Role: Management Trainee - HR

Location: Churchgate, Mumbai.

Work Mode: Work from office

Experience: Fresher - 6 months

Qualification: Graduate/PG in related fields

During the course of the employment, the individual will learn and grasp knowledge in the following areas:

1. HR Operations: Understanding of HR operations at different stages of employee lifecycle.
2. Data and Analysis/Interpretation: Ensuring data management and using the data for relevant purposes.
3. Planning and coordination: Engaging with different teams/departments and co-ordinating for required activities.
4. Creative Inputs: Participating and generating ideas for employee engagement activities.

   Interview Co-ordination: Connect with businesses and candidates for end to end interview co-ordination.
6. HRMS: Handle operations and help transition activities on the HRMS portal.
7. Ad-hoc Activities: Help the team with any task coming at hand
