Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage AR calls to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues.
- Identify and address denial management strategies to minimize denied claims.
- Utilize RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) processes to optimize revenue cycle efficiency.
- Collaborate with medical billing team to ensure accurate coding and submission of claims.
- Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare providers.
Preferred candiadte:-
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of AR Calling experience in US healthcare domain (Denial Management).
- Should have excellent communication skills
- Must have strong experience in RCM and Denial follow ups.
- Education: Must have regular bachelor's degree
- Mode of work: Work from Office only
- Work timings: Night shift - US timings
