Role : Lead Associate-T&E (Finance Vertical)
Reports into : Manager – Finance
Reported by : NA

Manage Payroll/Non payroll Reimbursement claims per defined process:
Timely review/validation of claims in T&E tool (Concur)
Timely booking/validation of claims in Oracle using correct GL code/Cost center code
Timely payouts as per defined TAT & Intimation to employees through SMS
Reconciliation of travel expenses claim with GL accounting reports.
Ensure compliance with company travel policies and procedures. Assist employees with travel-related inquiries and issues. Maintain travel and expense records and documentation. Responsible for Finance NHOs for employees/ Senior Leadership Maintaining month end compliances-payables/advances/query ageing, reconciliations etc. Provide data for Internal /Statutory audit/ICoFR controls/other audits and ensure no repeat audit observations
Job Specifications

• Bachelors degree in finance, Business Administration.
