Position Title: AssociateProgram Manager - Finance

Function:Finance

Location:Tikri Gurgaon (subject to change as per company policy)

Shift Timings:01:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST (2:30am to 11:30am CST)

: A person will be responsible for Period close and Also would be responsible for statutory /Internal and ICOFR. Good command in Fixed Assets . Also responsible for technical accounting (US GAAP /IND AS/PFRS)

1. Monthly GL/PL Analysis with commentary

2. Month End Provisioning

3. Preparation of Financial as per IND AS

4. Having Experience of IND AS/IFRS/PFRS and US GAAP

5. Review of Balance Sheet Reconciliations

6. Good Command on Accounting of Fixed Assets

7. Ensuring timely & accurate capitalization of assets in correct category

8. Review of month end Critical Reconciliation- FA-GL, AP-GL

9. Monthly Report on Internal Audit Recommendations

10. Preparation of Month End Compliance Certificate

11. Handling Internal /Statutory Audit

12. Complying with proper record maintenance & record retention requirements

13. Adhere various control/compliance requirements w.r.t FA/GL process e.g, Control over Vendor Master SOD compliances, Sox controls etc.

14. Liaise with all cross functional teams (Admin/IT/HR etc.) for month end provisions or any other issues/support required

15. Having exposure of liaison with onshore client/partner

Qualifications and Skills:

1. B.Com with CA

2. Strong Accounting knowledge

3. Strong Inter Personal & Communication Skills

4. Good in Power point presentation/ Excel

5. 5 years of experience in GL/FA
