POSITION: Data Operations Lead

REPORTING: This position will report to the Senior Manager of Data Operations or any other Manager as assigned by Management.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent

LOCATION: In-Office - Jaipur

SHIFT TIMINGS: 10.00 am - 7:00 pm IST

The Data Operations Lead will oversee and manage the data operations team responsible for data analysis, query development, and the execution of data-driven initiatives. This role ensures the effective management, organization, and delivery of high-quality data across prospect, customer, and internal projects. The Data Operations Lead will guide the team in working with complex data sets, developing efficient processes, and maintaining data accuracy and consistency. This position plays a key role in supporting strategic decision-making and optimizing data utilization across the organization.

• Lead and manage the Data Operations team responsible for data collection, enrichment, validation, and delivery.
• Implement and monitor data quality metrics, identify discrepancies, and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure smooth data integration, automation, and process scalability.
• Work with Product and Business teams to define data requirements and ensure the data supports business objectives.
• Mentor and train the team on data tools, QA methods, and best practices.
• Manage vendor relationships for external data sources or enrichment platforms.
• Drive innovation by identifying automation opportunities and leveraging tools such as SQL, Python, or BI platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in data operations, data management, or analytics, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.

  Strong understanding of data governance, ETL processes, and quality control methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools
• Experience with automation tools like Python script is a plus.
• Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high standards of data quality.
• Must be capable of working independently and delivering stable, efficient and reliable software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in SaaS, B2B data, or lead intelligence industry.
• Exposure to data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and compliance practices.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global, and remote environments.
