Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Keep the Excel sheet of all jobs(Export/Import/Air)
2. Ask for the agreed cost/sell rates from the Pricing/Sales team
3. Follow-up supplier invoice for AP posting (freight)-only for export shipments
4. Check the agreed rates with the quotation (updated in jobs), if matching, proceed with the AR posting
5. Check with the ops team if any additional costs need to be included with the AR invoice.
6. Send the AR invoice to the customer
7. Send the hard copy to the customer (if the client requires)
Qualifications: BCom ( Required) or any other equivalent degree
Job type: Fresher or minimum 1 year of experience
Salary: AED 2000- AED 2500
