Analyst, Customer Master Data

Rayden Interactive is in search of a Sr.Analyst, Customer Master Data to be an integral part of our team. This role maintains, keeps up-to-date and manages the customer master data across various MIS within the Company through periodic review, reconciliations and update across various databases. The individual must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle sensitive matters with exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Manage MIS on demographics of customer data.
• Co-ordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of the master data requests.
• Also work on updating Payment Terms and Type.
• Authorized Signers on Accounts
• Work with onshore team to ensure the sequencing and prioritization of requests based on the criticality of the request.
• Ensuring data validation to maintain the integrity of the data and remove duplicate items.
• Maintain MIS on Tax Exemption and Expiration Date tracking in the ERP system (Workday).
• Manage MIS for Parent/Child Hierarchy and Customer Grouping in Workday.
• Ability to work on cases and manage tight timelines.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the process and identify any gaps related to the process.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders and create SOP’s for all the internal process.
• Ability to learn, train and transition.
• Manage exceptions on any scenarios.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Customer Master Data or Demographics.
• Experience with accounting software. Workday experience highly preferred
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• The ability to work accurately and independently.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and an eye for detail.
