Radcom - Senior Project Manager - Data Scientist

Responsibilities:
Project Management & Execution:
- Lead and manage AI/ML projects from inception to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop project roadmaps, timelines, and budgets while managing cross-functional teams.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Track progress and report key project metrics to stakeholders.
Technical Leadership:
- Work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, software developers, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless AI/ML model integration into production.
- Drive the adoption of MLOps best practices for scalable and maintainable AI/ML deployments.

- Stay updated on emerging AI/ML technologies and provide recommendations for innovation and improvements.
Stakeholder & Communication Management:
- Act as a bridge between technical teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Translate complex AI/ML concepts into business-friendly language for non-technical stakeholders.
- Facilitate team meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives to optimize project efficiency.
Process Improvement & Compliance:
- Establish best practices for AI/ML project execution, including data governance, security, and compliance.
- Ensure AI/ML projects comply with regulatory and ethical guidelines (e.g., GDPR, AI bias mitigation, model explainability).
- Optimize workflows for faster model deployment and monitoring.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- PMP, Prince2 certification
- 10+ years of experience in Project management, technical project management, software development, or AI/ML-related roles.
- Strong understanding of machine learning lifecycles, model development, and deployment.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, MLflow, etc.).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps pipelines.
- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
- Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Databricks) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field is preferred
