Finance Analyst - (Entry Level)

Experience Level: Entry-Level (2 5 years or internships)

We are seeking an Entry-Level Finance Data Analyst to join our team in a hybrid role (3 days onsite / 2 days remote). This role is ideal for recent finance/accounting graduates with internship or up to 2 5 years of experience and a desire to grow in financial systems and data management.

Key Responsibilities:
Support finance and FP&A teams with data-related tasks
Perform basic master data entry and management across ERP systems (no coding required)

Assist in financial data analysis and reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Work with internal tools and systems to maintain data integrity
Generate reports and visualizations using Excel and Power BI (preferred)

Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
1 5 years of experience (internships or recent grads welcome)

Experience working with SAP ERP is required
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Highly organized with attention to detail

Preferred Skills:
Exposure to Power BI or similar BI/reporting tools
Basic understanding of Master Data Management (non-technical)
Experience working with financial or accounting data
