Regional Head - Private Wealth Management Firm - South/East Region

Our Client is leading private wealth management firm, offering bespoke financial solutions to Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs) and High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) across India. Our approach combines deep market expertise, a strong client-centric culture, and a broad range of investment products to deliver exceptional long-term value to clients.
Position Summary:
The Regional Head will be responsible for driving business growth, client acquisition, and relationship management across key cities in Southern India. This leadership role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in private wealth, team leadership, and a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Growth:
- Lead the South / East Zone business across key markets such as Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Kochi / Kolkata / Bhubaneshwar
- Develop and implement business strategies to meet AUM (Assets Under Management), revenue, and client acquisition targets.
- Identify and unlock new market opportunities within the HNI/UHNI segment.
- Lead, mentor, and expand the team of wealth managers, relationship managers, and senior advisors in the South zone.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 12-15 years of relevant experience in private banking/wealth management
- Proven track record in managing large teams, driving AUM growth, and acquiring UHNI clients.
