UI/UX Designer

RagaAI is building AI-first products for enterprises. We work at the intersection of AI, product thinking, and user experience, enabling teams to build, test, and deploy AI systems with confidence. We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can translate complex AI workflows into simple, intuitive, and delightful user experiences.

• Create lo-fi wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs for web applications
• Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces with a strong focus on usability and clarity
• Build interactive prototypes using Framer to validate concepts and interactions
• Maintain and contribute to design systems, style guides, and reusable components
• 
  Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Frontend Engineers to ensure design feasibility and quality execution
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and product insights
• Ensure consistency in visual language and interaction patterns across the product

• 23 years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX Designer for web products
• Strong proficiency in Figma (from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity UI designs)
• Practical experience using Framer for prototyping and interactions
• Good understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and interaction design
