Job Description
- Identify and develop new air cargo business opportunities locally and internationally
- Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, agents, and corporate clients
- Promote air freight services including express, charter, and consolidation solutions
- Prepare competitive quotations aligned with market rates and company margins
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements with clients
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitor activities
- Develop strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
- Coordinate closely with operations and documentation teams for seamless shipment execution
- Monitor shipment performance and resolve service-related issues proactively
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to management
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking forums
- Ensure compliance with international air cargo regulations and documentation requirements
- Maintain CRM records and update customer interactions regularly
- Support credit control by ensuring timely payment collection
- Contribute to overall business expansion strategies
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in air freight business development

- Strong understanding of IATA regulations and air cargo documentation
- Established client base within the UAE/GCC market preferred
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Target-driven with strong commercial acumen
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred
