🆕 Product Manager - E-commerce

rocketAs a Product Manager within the Book Impact Team at Rail Europe, your role will be instrumental in driving the success of our booking and reservation processes.

You will lead a squad of cross-functional team members, including designers and engineers, to deliver innovative and user-centric solutions that optimize the booking experience for our customers and increase the average order.

With your strategic mindset and strong leadership skills, you will collaborate with stakeholders, prioritize initiatives, and ensure the seamless integration of new features and enhancements into our booking platform

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a squad of cross-functional team members, including designers and engineers, within the Book Impact Team
• Develop an unobstructed vision and product strategy for the booking and reservation processes, aligned with Rail Europes overall goals and customer needs
• Conduct user research and gather insights to understand customer needs, pain points, and expectations related to the booking process
• 
  Conduct regular stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure effective communication, transparency, and continuous improvement
• Analyze data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement, optimize conversion rates, and enhance the overall booking experience
• Proactively seek out industry best practices and customer expectations to guide the evolution of our booking platform.

Qualifications:

• graduation cap A Masters degree required in business, computer science, or economics
• 1st place medal We are looking for a senior PM, with 4/6 years of proven experience as a Product Manager
