Product Manager - Rail Ticketing

What role you will play in team: You will be instrumental in improving the user experience and features of our rail ticketing platform.

What you will do: Your main focus will be on enhancing the functionality and usability of our app and website, ensuring a smooth ticketing experience for our customers.

Key responsibility:

• Define and manage the product roadmap for our rail ticketing platform.
• Conduct user research to understand customer needs and pain points.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to implement new features and improvements.
• Analyze user data to identify areas for optimization.
  
• Work with marketing to promote new features and updates.
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize features.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in product management, preferably in the travel or e-commerce industry.
• Strong understanding of the Indian railway system and ticketing processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
