Business Development Manager

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chandigarh, India, for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing sales strategies, and negotiating contracts. You will conduct market research, collaborate with internal teams, and manage projects to meet business growth objectives. Regularly providing reports and updates on business development initiatives is also a key aspect of the role.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets
• Market research and analysis skills, with the ability to identify trends and business opportunities
• Strategic planning and business development acumen
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in client relationship management, with the ability to foster and sustain long-term partnerships

  Get Hired
• Solid understanding of VAS, telecom, and/or e-commerce industries is a significant advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
